          Birthday Party FAQ's

          GENERAL: What if the date I want is not available online?

          This usually means the date is booked already. Or the party option you chose is not offered on that day. For example, Premium (FULL DECOR) parties are offered on Saturdays only. Public parties are not offered on weekends. In any case, reach out to check with us.

          GENERAL: What if I want more than 2 hours of party time?

          We offer additional party time (30 minutes for $50, 1 hour for $100). Check with us if this is available for the time slot you choose before booking your party online.

          GENERAL: Am I allowed to bring in any outside food or drink item?

          Regardless of party option, you can bring in any outside food or drink, except alcohol.

          GENERAL: What if I have older kids attending the party?

          We have no age limits for your party guests. We do require that all children under 18 have a waiver filled for them. Prior to your party, it is recommended that you let the older kids know that our toys are meant for younger kids and most have weight limits. We will ask them to get off toys that are not age-appropriate to prevent destruction or harm. We also offer some board/table-top games for older kids. Simply let us know if you need them.

          PREMIUM PARTIES: What all is included in the decorations?

          Here is a summary of what is included in all premium party decorations:

          • 4 themed decorated walls
          • A Happy Birthday banner
          • Two themed 4-foot balloon columns
          • One themed 4-foot over-the-window balloon garland
          • A themed Happy Birthday backdrop (usually 7 x 5 inches)
          • (Themed) Decorated 8-ft table and chairs for birthday guest kiddos (seating for 12, can go up to 18)
          • Balloon centerpiece for 8-ft table
          • A decorated food table
          • Linen tablecloths in birthday theme colors

            We also have several decoration add-ons for extra $$ (such as themed chip bags, personalized birthday welcome sign, etc.). Add them on when you book your party or call us for special requests.

          DIY PARTIES: Do I get any time to set up and take down my decorations?

          Yes. For DIY parties, you get a total of 3 hours of facility use. 30 minutes before your party to set up, 2 hours of party time, and 30 minutes after your party ends to take down your decorations, clean up and get your gifts out.

          PREMIUM PARTIES: Since you handle all the decor and set-up, do I need to come in earlier than my party start time?

          No. You do not need to show up any earlier for your party start time. If you would love to get here and settle before your guests arrive, we recommend you get here no earlier than 15 minutes before your party start time. You still get 30 minutes after your party ends to take down any extra items you brought in, pack up and get your belongings and gifts to your car.

          DIY Parties: Can I request some assistance with decorations for my DIY party?

          Though we do not provide any decorative services for DIY parties, you have the option to request decoration add-ons when you book your party. For example, balloon columns in your theme colors, a balloon garland, balloon centerpieces for your tables, etc. Simply add them when you book or call us for special requests.

          GENERAL: Is there anything else I need to know?

          Yes! After hosting more than 100 parties in the past year, here are some frequently encountered scenarios:

          • SOCKS: Remind ALL your party guests we are shoes-free. We require socks for all attending your party. Some elderly with foot problems are required to always walk with shoes. We have shoes covers for these guests. Call us if you have any concerns with regards to this.
          • WAIVERS: Your guests will love you even more if we don't make them/kids wait up front to fill the waiver. Make party arrival seamless for them. Send them the link prior to the party. Include it in your invitations and remind them the night before to make sure all waivers are filled prior to party time.
